ZTE and Cricket are teaming up on a new Android smartphone.
The ZTE Grand X 4 will launch at Cricket this Friday, November 18. Pricing will be set at $129.99.
Like the Grand X 3 before it, the Grand X 4 is a big-screen Android phone. The new ZTE Grand X 4 runs Android 6.0.1 on a 5.5-inch 1280x720 display, and it’s got a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a fingerprint reader below it, as well as a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
Inside the Grand X 4’s shell is a quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage, and a microSD slot for adding up to 64GB of extra storage. There’s a 3,140mAh battery powering this package that supports Quick Charge 1.0, and you recharge that battery using USB Type-C.
The Grand X 4 looks like a solid upgrade over the Grand X 3, offering a beefed up processor and some higher-resolution cameras for an affordable price. If you’d like to get a closer look at the ZTE Grand X 4, you can check it out at Cricket this Friday.
