AT&T today updated its Passport international plan options.
AT&T now offers two Passport packages for international travelers. The $60 plan comes with 1GB of data ($50/GB overage), $0.35 per minute talk to any country, and unlimited text messaging. For $120 you get the same talk and text rates but double the data (3GB, $50/GB overage).
Each rate plan also includes unlimited access to AT&T's Wi-Fi hotspots.
These Passport packages are available as either a one-time or monthly charge. While it may not seem like they come with much data for the price, these plans previously came with 300MB and 800MB of data, respectively, so the update plans are actually an improvement.
