After launching in five markets scattered across the U.S. earlier this year, YouTube TV will soon become available in several more locales.
YouTube TV will soon expand to 10 more markets. They are:
- Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas
- Washington, D.C.
- Houston, Texas
- Atlanta, Ga.
- Phoenix, Ariz.
- Detroit, Mich.
- Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minn.
- Miami-Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
- Orlando-Daytona Beach-Melbourne, Fla.
- Charlotte, N.C.
YouTube TV will launch in these markets in the coming weeks.
Priced at $35 per month, YouTube TV offers live streaming video from networks like ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, ESPN, FS1, USA, AMC, Bravo, FX, Fox Sports, and more. YouTube TV also offers Showtime for an additional $11 per month and Fox Soccer Plus for $15 more per month. Subscribers also get unlimited cloud DVR storage for watching shows later and six separate accounts, each with its own login and DVR.
While there’s certainly no shortage of TV streaming services out there, some folks might find YouTube TV to be the most appealing for one reason or another. To date, the service has only been available in five U.S. markets, so it’s good to see YouTube TV finally expanding so that more consumers can check it out. Here’s to hoping that more expansions aren’t too far off.
