Moto E4 launches at Verizon for $69.99

Moto E4 Verizon Wireless

Following its debut earlier this month, the Moto E4 has officially launched in the U.S.

Verizon is now selling the Moto E4 on its prepaid service. This Android 7.1.1 phone is priced at just $69.99 and features 5-inch 1280x720 display, Snapdragon 425 processor, 8-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras, and a 2,800mAh battery. Also included is 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a microSD card slot.

If you’re not on Verizon, don’t fret, because the Moto E4 will be making its way to several other retailers. An unlocked model will launch soon at Amazon, Best Buy, B&H, Fry’s, Motorola.com, and Newegg. Then in July, the E4 will launch at Boost Mobile, Sprint, Flash Wireless, Jet.com, Republic Wireless, Target, and Ting.

Motorola’s Moto E line of phones have become popular options for folks that want a budget Android smartphone. They typically offer solid specs and fairly untouched versions of Android for low prices, and the Moto E4 looks like it’ll be another solid entry in Moto’s E family.

The Moto E4 Plus, which features a larger 5.5-inch display and 5,000mAh battery, is expected to arrive in the U.S. later this summer.
