Verizon LG G6 pre-order and pricing details reportedly leak

LG G6 hands-on

We’re still waiting on word from US carriers about when they’ll launch the LG G6, but today some info on Verizon’s release plans appears to have leaked.

Verizon will begin taking pre-orders for the LG G6 this Friday, March 17, according to internal documents leaked to Android Central. Pricing for the device will reportedly be $28 per month for 24 months, or $672 full retail.

This leaked doc also suggests that Verizon will have some promos for the LG G6 at launch. That includes the free Google Home that’ll be available to everyone, while existing customers on an unlimited data plan can also get $200 trade-in credit for select devices. Finally, new customers that switch to Verizon can get the two aforementioned deals as well as a free 43-inch LG smart TV.

While this leaked info isn’t yet official, details like the free Google Home offer do line up with what we already know. Plus, the pricing sounds about right for what Verizon would charge for a new Android flagship. The good news is that if Verizon does begin taking G6 pre-orders on March 17, we shouldn’t have to wait too much longer before all of this info is officially announced.
