After treating the OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 3 to an Android 7.0 update earlier this year, OnePlus is now prepping an even fresher Nougat update for those two phones.
OnePlus has announced Android 7.1.1 beta updates for the OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 3. These updates are available in open beta, meaning that anyone can give them a try right now.
If you’ve installed a previous Open Beta build from OnePlus, you’ll get this Android 7.1.1 update over the air. If you haven’t yet installed an Open Beta build, you can sideload this new update onto your device.
As for what’s included in the update, there’s a bump up to Android 7.1.1 as well as several photo gallery improvements and bug fixes. Here’s OnePlus’s official changelog for the update:
