Remember yesterday when Samsung leaked the Galaxy Note 9 on its own website? Now the company has taken things a step further by leaking a video of its upcoming flagship.
A promotional video for the Galaxy Note 9 was published to Samsung's YouTube channel overnight. The video has since been pulled, but because this is the internet, folks were able to pull the video down and reupload it for us all to see.
The video doesn't offer much new information about the Galaxy Note 9, but it does confirm many of the details that've been rumored previously. There's a dual rear camera setup with a fingerprint reader below it, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB-C port. This blue version of the Galaxy Note 9 has been paired with a bright yellow S Pen, which is a different in that Samsung usually color matches the S Pen with the Note, but I'm digging the fun combo.
Also included in the video are teasers about the Note 9's features. Samsung says that the new Note is "super powerful" and that it has a "powerful all day battery". The Galaxy Note 9 is also equipped with "an all new powerful S Pen", Samsung teases, and it's "1 terabyte ready with expandable memory." The fine print confirms that there will be a version of the Note 9 with 512GB of built-in storage.
With less than one week to go before the official debut of the Galaxy Note 9, it's starting to look like most of the phone's major features have leaked out ahead of time. Rumors have suggested that the new Samsung flagship could offer a 6.3-inch 2960x1440 OLED display, Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of RAM, and a focus on camera upgrades, with a 4000mAh battery powering the whole package. It's possible that Samsung still has a surprise or two up its sleeve, though, so stay tuned on August 9th for our coverage of the official Note 9 reveal.
