Days after HTC revealed its Android 9.0 Pie update plans, Motorola has gone ahead and done the same thing.
Motorola today confirmed which of its devices will be updated to Android Pie. Included are flagships like the Moto Z3 and Moto Z2 Force Edition as well as models like the Moto X4 and Moto G6. Here's the full list:
- Moto Z3
- Moto Z3 Play
- Moto Z2 Force Edition
- Moto Z2 Play
- Moto X4
- Moto G6 Plus
- Moto G6
- Moto G6 Play
These updates will begin rolling out this fall, but Motorola doesn't have any other release info to share at this time. Still, it's good to see the company come forward and announce which devices will be updated to Pie so that their owners can rest easy knowing that an update to Android 9.0 is in their future.
