Google's Contacts app for Android is getting a fresh coat of paint.
Google is now rolling out version 3.0 of its Contacts app for Android, and with it comes a fresh version of Material design. The new-look Contacts app loses the blue accents of the old version and uses a lot more white. It also adds rounded corners to boxes and wireframe icons.
While this isn't a radical redesign, the new Contacts app is getting updated to Google's more modern Material Design look and losing what color it had previously. The new look will probably please some people and frustrate others, but if you use Google's Contacts app, it's something you'll have to get used to.
What do you think of the new Google Contacts app?
