Days after renders of the LG G7 leaked, some new photos that may show the device in the real world have surfaced.
New images show a device with "LG G7 ThinQ" branding have been shared by TechRadar. The phone is in a case, so it's difficult to make out many details of its design, but there does appear to be a notch at the top of the screen, just as previous leaks have shown.
What's also notable about this leak is that the LG G7 appears set to adopt the same ThinQ branding as the LG V30S ThinQ that debuted earlier this year. The ThinQ brand suggests that the G7 will utilize AI features. This LG G7 ThinQ branding also backs up a leak from Evan Blass from earlier this month.
Other LG G7 ThinQ details revealed by this leak include a Snapdragon 845 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. The device identifies itself with the model number LM-G710TM.
While nothing is official until LG says it is, the picture of the LG G7 ThinQ is starting to come together. It's looking like the device will have a large display with slim bezels and, yes, a notch just like several other high-profile Android phones in 2018. Premium specs like a Snapdragon 845 processor will be included, too. What will be interesting is seeing how the phone performs in person, especially the cameras, and if the G7 ThinQ can compete with the likes of the Galaxy S9, OnePlus 6, and Huawei P20 Pro.
