Best Buy began taking orders of the Sprint flavor of the Essential Phone last month, and now folks that prefer to live the unlocked lifestyle can buy the Essential Phone from Best Buy, too.
The unlocked Essential Phone is now available from Best Buy. Pricing is $699.99, which is the same price that you’ll pay if you order directly from Essential itself.
The difference with Best Buy is that you may be able to get your device faster than if you order from Essential. There are many Best Buy stores around me that are listed as having the Essential Phone in stock, meaning you could get it today. Some stores apparently have the device on display, too, so you can take the Essential Phone for a spin before dropping your hard-earned $700 on it.
