Earlier this year, Virgin Mobile relaunched as an iPhone-only MVNO with a special deal that’d give customers one year of service for $1 when they bought an iPhone. Now Virgin Mobile is making that deal easier to get.
Virgin Mobile says that consumers can now bring their existing iPhone to VM and get one year of service for $1. Simply port your number to Virgin Mobile, sign up for its Inner Circle plan, and you’ll be set.
This deal is available with “most” iPhone 5s and higher models. You can go to VirginMobileUSA.com to verify that your iPhone will work with Virgin Mobile’s service.
After your $1 year of service, the Virgin Mobile Inner Circle plan will cost $50 per month. The Inner Circle plan includes unlimited talk, text, and 4G LTE data, with video streaming at 480p, music at 500Kbps, and streaming cloud gaming at 2Mbps.
Virgin Mobile says that this deal will be available “for a short period of time.”
