BLU has launched its newest Android smartphone, and for a limited time, you can get it for $100 off its regular price.
The BLU Vivo 8 is now available from Amazon. Normally the Vivo 8 is priced at $299.99, but from August 31st through September 1st at 11:59 pm EST, you can get one for $199.99. The Vivo 8 is available in Black and Gold color options.
When it comes to specs, the BLU Vivo 8 is packing a 5.5-inch 1920x1080 display, 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX258 lens, and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash. There’s also a fingerprint reader on the front of the phone, below the display.
Inside the Vivo 8 lives an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor that’s paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. There’s a microSD slot if you need more storage, as well as dual SIM slots. Powering this whole package is a 4,010mAh battery. On the software side, it’s running Android 7.0 Nougat.
BLU’s Vivo 8 is sold unlocked and includes support for LTE bands 2, 4, 7, 12, and 17, which means that it should work on AT&T and T-Mobile in the U.S.
The BLU Vivo 8 looks like a respectable mid-range device, especially at its $199.99 sale price. That offer will only be available for 48 hours, though, so if you’re interested in the Vivo 8, you may want to jump on BLU’s $100 off deal.
