Another week, another iOS 11.4.1 beta.
Apple today released iOS 11.4.1 beta 3 to registered developers. The update is available over the air, which you can get by going into Settings > General > Software Update, or through Apple's Developer Center on the web.
There have been no major new features discovered in the iOS 11.4.1 betas so far, which suggests that the update is focused more on squashing bugs and improving performance. It seems likely that that'll be the case when iOS 11.4.1 is released to the public because this is an x.x.1 release and because Apple will release iOS 12 this fall with lots of new features.
Apple has not said when it will release iOS 11.4.1 to the public. Stay tuned and we'll update you with more information as it becomes available.
