The list of Android phones that are confirmed to be getting an Oreo update is growing longer today.
Motorola has revealed which phones it plans to update to Android 8.0 Oreo. Included are flagships like the Moto Z2 Force Edition and Moto Z as well as entry-level handsets like the Moto G5.
Here’s what Moto’s full Oreo update list looks like:
- Moto Z
- Moto Z Droid
- Moto Z Force Droid
- Moto Z Play
- Moto Z Play Droid
- Moto Z2 Play
- Moto Z2 Force Edition
- Moto X4
- Moto G5
- Moto G5 Plus
- Moto G5S
- Moto G5S Plus
There aren’t a lot of surprises on that list, as most of the devices are either high-end models or phones that were released in the past year or so. Still, it’s always good to get confirmation of a manufacturer’s update plans, and now owners of the devices named above can rest easy knowing that an Oreo treat is coming their way.
