LG G6+, G6, and other LG phones discounted through Amazon's Prime Exclusive program

LG G6+ Amazon Prime Exclusive

LG is joining Amazon’s Prime Exclusive program today, and it’s doing it in a big way.

There are four LG phones being added to Amazon Prime Exclusive today, ranging from the lower end LG X charge all the way up to the flagship LG G6+, which is making its debut in the U.S. Like Amazon’s other Prime Exclusive phones, these LG devices are available are being significantly discounted in exchange for having Amazon offers and ads on their lock screens and preloaded Amazon apps.

The four LG devices joining the Amazon Prime Exclusive program today include:

  • LG G6+: Features many of the same specs as the standard G6, including a 5.7-inch 2880x1440 display, dual 13-megapixel rear cameras, 4GB of RAM and Snapdragon 821 processor. The features that make the G6+ unique are its Hi-Fi Quad DAC, QuadPlay headphones, and 128GB of built-in storage.
  • LG G6: This is the same flagship that launched earlier this year. It’s packing a 5.7-inch 2880x1440 display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and slim bezels, dual 13-megapixel rear cameras (one standard angle lens, one wide angle), a 3,300mAh battery, 32GB of storage, and a microSD slot. Its body is also IP68-rated for dust and water resistance.
  • LG Q6: This is the middle of the pack device in LG’s new Prime Exclusive quartet. It’s got a 5.5-inch 2160x1080 display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, 13-megapixel camera, 3GB of RAM, a 3,000mAh battery, and a Snapdragon 435 processor. It comes equipped with 32GB of storage and a microSD slot for adding more storage, and there’s IP68 water and dust resistance here, too.
  • LG X charge: The most affordable of LG’s Prime Exclusive phones features a large 4,500mAh battery. It’s also got a 5.5-inch 1280x720 display, Snapdragon 425 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a microSD slot. There are 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras included as well.

All four of LG’s Prime Exclusive phones are sold unlocked, but they’ll only work with certain networks in the U.S. The LG G6+ and G6 are compatible with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon; the LG Q6 supports AT&T and T-Mobile; and the LG X charge works with AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile.

The LG G6+, LG G6, LG Q6, and LG X charge are all now available for pre-order from Amazon’s Prime Exclusive program. They’ll all start shipping on November 9.

There are some solid deals to be had here if you’re an Amazon Prime member. While its processor is a little older than some more recent flagships, the LG G6 is still a high-end device with a respectable feature set, and this Prime Exclusive model is worth a look so long as you don’t mind Amazon ads on your lock screen.

Are you thinking about buying any of these discounted LG phones?
