Chrome Beta for Android gains pull-to-reload in latest update

Pull-to-refresh is a widely adopted app feature, and for good reason: it’s intuitive and doesn’t require an extra button in a user interface. Now another app is adopting pull-to-refresh, and it’s a biggie.
