Amazon is starting the week off with some deals on Echo devices.
Amazon is now offering a refurbished Echo for $134.99, down from the $179.99 asking price for a new model. Both black and white versions of the Echo are available refurbished.
Also on sale is the refurbished Amazon Echo Dot, which is priced at $34.99 and available in black and white. New Echo Dot units sell for $49.99.
Amazon says that its refurbished Echo “works and looks like new” and that the devices come with the same one-year limited warranty as their brand new counterparts.
The Echo devices regularly get new features from Amazon, like the ability to call you an Uber or play music from Spotify. Most recently, Amazon gave its Echo devices perhaps their biggest new features yet that enable users to call and text other Echo owners. These folks can also call and message Android and iPhone owners with the Alexa app.
