Verizon launches ASUS ZenFone V Live, Samsung Galaxy Tab E

ASUS ZenFone V Live Verizon Wireless official

Verizon today added a couple of affordable Android devices to its roster.

First up is the ASUS ZenFone V Live. This Verizon-exclusive phone is available for $0 down and $7 per month for 24 months, which works out to a full price of $168.

The ZenFone V Live runs Android 7.1.1 below ASUS's custom ZenUI user interface, and it's got a 5-inch 1280x720 display, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, and fingerprint reader.

There's a Snapdragon 425 processor crammed into the ZenFone V Live's metal body as well as 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a microSD card slot. A 3,000mAh battery is powering the whole package, and you'll recharge it using the phone's USB-C port.

Samsung Galaxy Tab E 32GB Verizon Wireless

Also released by Verizon today is the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 32GB. This tablet is priced at $0 down and $10.41 per month for 24 months, $149.99 with a two-year contract, or $249.99 commitment-free.

Samsung and Verizon's Galaxy Tab E has an 8-inch 1280x800 display, 5-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras, 32GB of built-in storage, and a microSD card slot if you need more storage.

Other notable features of this Galaxy Tab E include 1.5GB of RAM, Android 7.1.1 Nougat, and a 5,000mAh battery. It's got support for Verizon's 4G LTE network, too.
