Yesterday HTC introduced a new handset just like we were expecting, but it wasn’t quite the flagship One that folks were hoping for. The company actually showed the Desire 728, which has a 5.5-inch HD display, octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras. That’s not a bad phone, but it’s not the high-end model that folks were hoping for.
