Samsung is launching a new Galaxy Note 4 promo called “Notable Savings” — get it? — that’ll get you a $200 rebate check when you buy the Note 4 at full price from a participating retailer. Samsung didn’t name specific sellers that are participating, but it does say that Sprint and US Cellular purchases aren’t allowed in this offer.
