Ever since it acquired Nokia’s Devices and Services division, Microsoft has been focusing on putting out low-cost Windows Phone hardware focused on emerging markets around the globe. Today Microsoft’s low-cost push continues with a new device that’s one of the most affordable that we’ve seen out of the Redmond firm to date.
