Twitter excluding photos, videos, and other media from 140-character tweet limit

Starting today, you can cram more stuff into your tweets.

Twitter is now excluding photos, videos, GIFs, polls, and Quote Tweets from the 140-character limit of a tweet. This leaves more room for you write words in your tweet when attaching a photo, video, or other media.
