Apple puts iOS 9.3 rollout on hold for some older devices due to activation bug

UPDATE: It looks like Apple is now pushing out a new update to the iPad 2 that address the activation issue.

 

Last week, Apple began pushing iOS 9.3 to the public after months of beta testing. Unfortunately, it turns out that the update wasn’t kind to some folks on older iOS devices, and so Apple is pausing the rollout for them.
