Lawsuit against Apple over Android switchers' lost iMessages gets dismissed

iMessage has earned a reputation for being a pain if you switch away from iOS. Apple even ended up getting sued over the issue, with the plaintiffs complaining that iMessage was “intercepting” their texts after switching from iOS to Android. However, that lawsuit has been dismissed.
